This explains what happens to the details you send us through the enquiry form on this website, in plain English.

Who we are

Omnia Fitness, 14-16 Leo House, St Nicholas Church Street, Warwick, CV34 4JD. The person responsible for your details is Harry Sherlock, who you can reach at info@omniafitnessuk.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, what you're interested in, and any message you write.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you'd like, get you booked in. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
• To send you Omnia news by email, but only if you ticked the box asking for it. You can change your mind at any time by telling us, and we'll stop.

We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it's kept

Enquiries are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and a copy is emailed to our coaching team so we can reply. Netlify is based in the United States and handles your details under its standard data protection terms, which include the safeguards UK law requires for transfers outside the UK.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiries after 12 months, unless you become a member, in which case we'll explain how we look after member details at that point.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Contact us using the details above and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies or tracking tools, and doesn't load anything from other companies' servers.
